Following recent bankruptcy submission troubled Saab will no longer be able to provide new car warranties in the US whilst existing owners will see their warranties voided according to recent press release claiming that “Warranties have been indefinitely suspended for new sales and claims stopped for current warranties” Saab North America spokeswomen Michelle Tinson.
This is what Saab CEO Victor Muller had to say about Saab recent bankruptcy proceedings; “This is the darkest day in my career, probably in the history of Saab. But we had no other alternatives”, further adding, “Even if this may look like the end it doesn’t necessarily have to be.” It’s unclear if Saab’s recent warranty suspension will affect Australia.
