Audi is slowly releasing more information about its upcoming hero car from its popular A4 category the 2013 Audi RS4 Avant. This time Audi decided to release more information on the RS4 Avant drivetrain and performance. The 2013 Audi RS4 Avant will be powered by 335kW 4.2L V8 engine that will be mated to a 7-speed Stronic auto transmission with Audi all-wheel-drive Quattro system. Stopping power is provided via carbon-fibre ceramic type eight piston discs/callipers neatly hidden behind the 19″ RS4 alloys with performance tyres. From recent testing Audi claims the all new 2013 RS4 Avant will reach 100km/h in less than 4.7 seconds. For now Audi will only release the all new RS4 Avant in Europe with other markets awaiting confirmation.
